If you were turned away at the Cucalorus Film Festival in November, you have another chance to see this wonderful feature, directed by local filmmaker Erica Dunton. The film, which sold out at the festival, takes a fresh and unconventional look at modern romance.

It is a story about a young woman who falls for her best friend, a guy that is out every night with a new girl. As he starts to notice Lucy (Corri English), she decides to settle into a comfortable relationship with another guy who she "can't find anything wrong with."

Dunton's skill in developing real problems and relationships for the characters, added to her use of improvisation, make this film a delight to watch. And perhaps it makes us all question if finding love doesn't have more to do with finding ourselves first.
