Employment Branding helps companies attract not just talent – but the kind of talent that will thrive in their unique culture. It is the market perception of what it’s like to work for an organization, it’s the image that prospective, current and past employees have in their minds about the employment experience at your company. We will offer some real life examples as well as ideas for those interested in building their own employment brand (clarifying values/employee value proposition, telling your story, and tools that can be used to help).
Jill Harrington and David Hitchcock, Director of Recruiting and Creative Director at nCino, Inc.
Jill is a proud Seahawk and has spent two decades in Wilmington living, working, raising a family — and helping her crazy husband run a food-truck! Her gig as Recruiting Director at nCino may be the best job in town – or the world. With recent experience as part of the Employment Branding Council at General Electric, she’s thrilled to put her knowledge to work locally with an amazing company.
Originally from the frigid north, David left Vermont in 2000 with his bachelor’s degree in one hand and the beginnings of a plan to change the world through good design in the other. After almost a decade hopping from state to state and design firm to design firm, he brought his design nerdiness, sense of humor, and passion for typography and layout to nCino and hasn’t looked back.
