With 30+ years in industry and consulting, Thomas has designed and deployed solutions based on next-gen butt, social and mobile architectures across Finance, Pharma, and Manufacturing. A pioneer in mobile, he has published and delivered over 50 journal articles, book chapters and industry interviews.

Timur Davis, Principal, Canapi Inc.
Timur creates and executes investment and incubation strategies supporting Canapi’s mission to bring innovation and efficiency to banking. He served as Samsung Ventures’s Sr. Investment Manager in Seoul, investing in global startups and holds an applied physics and applied mathematics PHD from Columbia.

Xeth Waxman, Executive Vice President of Engineering, Apiture
Xeth is as a seasoned engineering leader, with over ten years of leadership in the financial services and software industries. He graduated from the University of Phoenix with a degree in computer science and earned multiple data scientist certifications from Johns Hopkins University.

Jonathan Rowe, Chief Marketing Officer, nCino
Jonathan oversees the company’s research, communication, marketing, recruiting and business development activities, and helped build nCino’s global brand. He teaches loan portfolio management at the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado, where he is an adjunct faculty member.

Malaika Paquiot (Moderator), Master Product Manager, International Markets, nCino
With more than 15 years experience, Malaika leads the globalization and localization of the nCino Bank Operating System. She is the recipient of the US National Women of Color Technology Award and serves on the boards of Working Films and Cucalorus Connect.
