SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Completed entry form (found on following page) for each submission. 
A DVD or VHS, clearly labeled including:
submission title
entrant’s name 
and contact number
One hi-res production photo for publicity.
The applicable entry fee.
Your own personal recipe for swine flu soup and/or original drawing of a preposterous pig.

ENTRY FEES AND DEADLINES
Entry fee is $30 if postmarked by June 10, 2009. Entry fee is $40 if postmarked by July 10, 2009. Entry fee is $50 if postmarked by July 24, 2009.
Cucalorus accepts entries on a rolling basis. Submit anytime of the year!
Please let us know on your entry form if you have already submitted through Withoutabox.com.

EXCEPTIONS, PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
There are no exceptions to these deadlines or fees, except when we make exceptions!
Please make all fees payable to Cucalorus.
Foreign entry fees should be drawn on travelers checks in U.S. dollars, or international money orders. 
Entry fees are non-refundable.
Bribes welcome and encouraged.
Cucalorus encourages reckless behavior, generally.

CUCALORUS FILM AND VIDEO ARCHIVE
All entry tapes not specifically requested to be returned will be archived in the Cucalorus Film and Video Archive and made available for check out to Cucalorus Film Foundation members. For more information on the archive contact Cucalorus.
