Andrew Williams was a 2007 graduate of VMI with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps where he spent 5.5 years as a logistics officer. In 2012, upon receiving an honorable discharge as a Captain, he began the MBA program at Kenan-Flagler Business, UNC and graduated in 2014. During his professional career, Andrew has started three companies, two of which were sold. The first was Carolina Breathalyzer Service, LLC; a Wilmington-based company that placed breathalyzer vending machines in drinking establishments to reduce drunk driving. The second company was Military Discounters, LLC; a website and phone app designed to show military veterans where military discounts are in their vicinity. This company was sold to GovX.com, a reputable military-exclusive distributor. The third company is the present company, Elite Innovations, LLC; Wilmington’s premier product development firm.
