Inspired by her comic book hero, a ten-year-old girl runs away from home, seeking a new life full of adventure. With her caretaker in pursuit, she learns that life alone in the woods is more difficult than she imagined.

Chuck Kleven is a 34-year-old filmmaker from Charlotte by way of Queens, NY. He studied media production at UNC-Chapel Hill. He has directed narrative films, documentaries and music videos. His work invites audiences to engage with everyday life in a new light.
