The Cucalorus Film Foundation is proud to announce the addition of TG White as its new Development Director, bringing extensive experience in fundraising, community engagement, and strategic growth to the organization’s leadership team.
White joins Cucalorus from Triad Health Project, where she served as Development and Community Relations Coordinator. During her tenure, she led fundraising and communications initiatives that strengthened donor relationships, improved retention, and increased overall lifetime value–key indicators of long-term sustainability in nonprofit work.
Her career reflects a strong commitment to community impact, with additional experience in program leadership at UNCG Counseling Services and as an instructor with the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. Across these roles, White has consistently demonstrated an ability to build meaningful connections while advancing mission-driven work.
“I feel incredibly grateful to join such a dynamic collective of artists and advocates at Cucalorus Film Foundation,” said White. “It is a privilege to support the continuation of its legacy, and I look forward to advancing the impact of building sustainable, arts-centered infrastructure.”
In her new role, White will lead the foundation’s fundraising strategy, focusing on sponsorship development for the annual Cucalorus Film Festival as well as securing grant support for year-round educational programs and workforce development initiatives.
Her leadership comes at a pivotal time for Cucalorus, as the organization continues to expand its programming and deepen its impact within the local and regional arts community.

The Cucalorus Film Foundation, in partnership with Working Films and the Documentary Accountability Working Group, invites the community to a special Works-in-Progress Showcase at Jengo's Playhouse on Wednesday, April 1 at 7:00 PM.
